We equip young people with the skills, confidence, and systems needed to build sustainable futures.
Legacy Learners offers a comprehensive Youth Workforce Development and Youth Entrepreneurship Program. In addition, it helps students turn ideas into real-world opportunities.
Business Development: Participants engage in Business Education (Business Bootcamp), Business Incubation (Business Coaching), and Business Development (Business Alliance and Networking). As a result, they learn how to start and grow their own ventures.
Structured Growth: The program is grounded in Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) and Performance Management. Furthermore, it provides structured guidance, real-world practice, and measurable growth.
Long-Term Empowerment: The program is designed for historically excluded youth. Ultimately, it builds pathways to economic empowerment through entrepreneurship, leadership, and long-term success.
BCBA & BCaBA Fieldwork Supervision
We provide structured, supportive supervision for emerging behavior analysts preparing to enter the field.
Legacy Learners offers individualized BCBA and BCaBA fieldwork supervision. In addition, it integrates Applied Behavior Analysis with Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) and Performance Management.
Hands-On Experience: Supervisees gain practical experience in assessment, treatment planning, and data-based decision-making. They also develop skills in ethical practice, caregiver collaboration, and real-world clinical problem solving.
Supportive Mentorship: Our model emphasizes cultural responsiveness and reflective practice. Furthermore, it builds confidence while providing intentional support for historically excluded and underrepresented trainees.
Professional Growth: Whether completing concentrated or standard fieldwork hours, this mentorship experience is designed to support your growth into a competent, ethical, and empowered behavior analyst.
